How To Check Registration Renewal Status?

Follow the below steps to check registration renewal for your certificate or getting the renewal status.

Step-1 : Go to the link https://hmis.ap.nic.in/ren_status.jsp

Step-2 : Enter the Online Receipt number
Step-3 : Click on Submit Button

Note: If candidates registered with AP Nurses and Midwives Council ( studied in the Institutions of Telangana State) wish to renew with AP Nurses and Midwives Council, need to submit a self declaration. The fee is not refundable once paid online.

Important Note :

  1. This is to inform all that the AP Nurses & Midwives Council was accorded permission by Govt. of Andhra Pradesh wide memo no. 17460/k1/2013, dt:19-10-2013, for initiating online Registration, Renewals and Noc’s through nursing HRHMIS.
  2. The Colored Certificate of Renewal which is generated online, with signature of the registrar to be treated as original.
  3. If required obtain a print of this.
  4. Obtain the Renewal certificate using Mozilla/Google Chrome Browsers Only.

How to do AP HMIS Registration Payment?

Fees can be paid either online, through credit card/debit card; net banking and challan (Generate the challan online, fill it and deposit it off-line at an authorised bank branch).

  1. Visit Website hmis.ap.nic.in and follow the steps.
  2. Primarily you will enter the home page. Kindly click on the given options (Registration, Renewal, NOC, Additional qualification) as per your choice, which is displayed at the left side of the page
  3. Example Registration at figure 2: After you fill all the details click on submit.
  4. After filling the registration form you will receive the acknowledgement receipt at figure 3 specifying the Receipt Number. Please save the number as it is required at the time of registration. Receipt Number is also sent through SMS to your mobile.
  5. Now click on Pay Online button. This will take to the page of online payment.
  6. Once you fill and submit your application online, your application number and the following screen appears.
  7. For State of Corporate/Institution: select the state and Type of Corporate /Institution: select Educational Institution. Once you make these choices, your screen will appear like this. Click on Go button to proceed further.
  8. Please proceed further and Select AP NURSES and MIDWIVES COUNCIL in the drop down box and click on submit.
  9. The below screen appears at figure 7.
  10. Select your payment Category – FEE
  11. Fill up the following details: Category, online receipt number, name, amount etc and also your date of birth, mobile number and Text Image. Click on Submit.
  12. You get the screen below.
  13. Enter online generated Receipt Number which you have noted / received as SMS.

Choose from the Debit Card, Credit Card or SBI Branch for Challan and pay the Fees. Depending on the payment option you choose, it will direct you to your online payment. You will get confirmation once payment is done.

Bank Challan

  1. After filling the online Application, the candidate can print the computer generated challan and pay the fees in any branch of the SBI after one working day.
  2. State Bank of India charges Rs.50 as service charges (mentioned on the challan). All candidates need to pay these charges.

  1. Go to the AP HMIS website: https://hmis.ap.nic.in/
  2. Click on the “Renewal Status” tab.
  3. Enter your registration number and year of registration.
  4. Click on “Submit”.
  5. Your renewal status will be displayed on the screen.

Here are some additional details about the AP HMIS registration renewal status:

  1. Your registration number is a unique 10-digit number that is assigned to you when you register with the AP HMIS.
  2. The year of registration is the year in which you first registered with the AP HMIS.
  3. Your renewal status will indicate whether your registration is current, expired, or pending renewal.
  4. If your registration is expired, you will need to renew it in order to continue practicing nursing in Andhra Pradesh.
  5. You can renew your registration online through the AP HMIS website.
  6. The renewal fee is Rs. 500 for nurses and Rs. 300 for midwives.
  7. You can pay the renewal fee online through the AP HMIS website or by cash at any State Bank of India (SBI) branch.
